ingredients:
corn flour/corn starch 1 cup
sugar 3 to 4 tbsp
water 3 cups
mix all ingredients in a pan then cook on medium heat for 3 to 4 mints until it becomes transparent and glossy.immediately fill it in a bottle and start making sev in iced chilled water.
keep them in that water for 15 to 20 mints in refrigerator or until you used them.
you can save them for 2 to 3 days or more in refrigerator.
(you have to work with hot batter once it will cool it Will become hard and won't work perfectly)
Method No 1
put that batter in a cloth piping bag attached with round writing nozzle and start making sev in iced water.
(this method is little tricky because batter is hot so you have to work carefully with gloves on your hands)
Method No 2
i used a cookie press; grease your cookie press with some oil then fill it will that batter and start making sev in iced water. it's very safe & easy😉
Method No 3
use any extra clean bottle with that nozzle.
i used a chocolate sauce bottle it's nozzle was very perfect for sev so i have filled it with batter and start making sev by pressing the bottle in iced water.
