Perfectly Baked Cumin Biscuits || Zeera Biscuits // By Sara's Haute Cuisine

These zeera biscuits is a combination of sweet,salty & Cumin seeds & these are ideal for tea time.Loved to eat them all the time😄 very lite,melt in mouth,so yum😋!!!!!

Ingredients : 
All purpose flour(maida)1 & 1/4 cup 
Butter 130 grams that's 1/2 cup & 1 tbsp 
(You can use vegetable shortening or clarified butter / ghee instead of butter)
Sugar 5 tbsp 
Egg 1
Baking powder 1/2 tsp 
Salt 1/2 tsp 
Cumin seeds 1 tsp 
Method : 
Preheat oven at 180ºC.
Sieve flour & add in baking powder, salt & cumin seeds and mix well with a spoon....set aside.
Beat butter and sugar with an electric beater until creamy.
Add egg and beat well.
Add flour in egg and butter mixture beat with beater on low speed,it will become crumbly.
Now mix it with your hand,smooth dough will become ready.
Put it in refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes. 
Roll the dough in a grease proof paper, cut with cookie cutter and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.

Put the dough on grease proof paper

Roll it in between

Cut with cookie cutter

2 in 1 Spaghetti with Chicken & Veggies / My Style Chicken Chowmein By Sara's Haute Cuisine

A quick,well balanced, simple & 2 in 1 dinner recipe. Calling it 2 in 1 because i am making spaghetti in chowmein style😄Because at my place specific chowmein noodles are not available😉 So making Spaghetti with Chicken and Veggies;comes together in minutes and is full of colours and taste. I have make it little spicy by using red chili flakes according to my taste buds but you can replace red chili with black pepper.Try this quick Chicken and Vegetable Spaghetti recipe,let me about your experience 😊

Ingredients : 
Spaghetti 200 grams  
Crushed garlic 1 tsp 
Oil 2 tbsp 
Boneless chicken 1 cup (julienne cut)
Salt 1 tsp 
Red chili flakes 2 tsp 
Soya sauce 2 tsp 
Sugar 1 tsp 
Lemon juice 2 tsp 
Capsicum 1 cup (julienne cut)
Carrot 1 cup (julienne cut)
Method of Cooking:
Boil spaghetti with salt little bit of yellow food colour for 10 to 12 minutes. 
In oil saute garlic then add chicken and fry until it turns white to pink.
Then add all seasonings,stir well,cook for a minute. 
Add both vegetables & stir fry for a minute.
Add in boiled spaghetti mix well and serve hot.

3 Ingredients Easy Homemade Strawberry Jam By Sara's Haute Cuisine

Ingredients : 
Fresh strawberries 500 grms 
White granulated sugar 500 grms 
Lemon juice 2 tbsp 
Method : 
Wash,remove stems and finely chop strawberries. 
In a bowl add sugar and strawberries mix well cover with plastic wrap and put in refrigerator for overnight.
(Or u can put it in a plastic container and cover with lid and then put it in refrigerator)
Next morning pour it in your cooking pot and cook on medium flame,stir occasionally,when it starts to thicken add lemon juice and mix well.
Remove foam on top of the jam with spoon to get a clear a shiney texture of jam.
Dip a fork in jam and see if jam is stuck in fork it's mean it's ready.
Or put spoon of jam in a clean plate and let it sit for 15 seconds then move your plate if it's moving everywhere in plate it's not done and if hold it's shape and place then it's ready. 
It will take 20 to 25 mints totally to be ready.
Cool completely and pour it in a glass jar cover.
Shelf life 15 day 
In Refrigerator 30+days

Kachay Aloo K Kabab / Potato & Veggie Cutlets By Sara's Haute Cuisine

These kababs are very easy and quick and a bit different from other recipes of kababs; because I am making it with raw grated potatoes and some other vegetables. 
These are crunchy from outside and soft & tender from inside.
These are full of veggies you can give it to your kids for lunch box.Can add in a burger bun with some salad and sauce to make it attractive for kids.
Or u can serve as a snack with your evening tea.
Ingredients : 
Potatoes 4 pealed & grated
Peas boiled 1 cup
Onion finely chopped 1 medium size 
Tomato 1 medium size finely chopped 
Green chilies 2 to 3 thinly sliced 
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp 
Mint leaves 2 tbsp roughly chopped 
Red chili flakes 2 tsp 
Salt 1 tsp 
Cumin seeds 1 tsp 
Coriander seeds 1 tsp 
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp 
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp 
Gram flour ( baisen ) 2 tbsp 
Egg 1
Method : 
Grate potatoes in cold water to avoid discoloration. 
Squeeze them well and transfer in a large clean mixing bowl.
(plz squeeze very well or u can add all grated potatoes in a cheese cloth/ململ کا کپڑا  and then squeeze)
Add all remaining ingredients in it.
Mix well.
Shape them into a round ½" thick pattie.
Shallow Fry in hot oil on medium flame until they turned nice & golden from both sides.
Enjoy with chatni & salad.

Basic Vanilla Cupcakes Recipe with Strawberry Cream & Strawberry Filling By Sara's Haute Cuisine

A cupcake is a small cake designed to serve one person.these are ideal for kids. which may be baked in a small thin paper or aluminum cup. As with larger cakes, icing and other cake decorations such as fruit and candy may be applied.
I am obsessed with these strawberry sauce filled cupcakes iced with fresh strawberry cream.
These are Very soft ,spongy & yumiculous MashaAllah Do try & give me your feedback. 

Ingredients : 
Unsalted butter or clarified butter/ghee ½ cup 
Caster Sugar 1 cup
Eggs 4
Vanilla essence 2 tsp 
All purpose flour 1 & ½ cup
Baking powder 1 tbsp 
All ingredients should be at room temperature. 
Sieve flour & baking powder together & keep aside. 
Line your cupcakes tray with cupcake liners. 
Preheat your oven at 180ºC for 15 to 20 minutes. 
Beat butter and sugar until creamy. 
Add vanilla essence and beat well.
Mix in eggs 1 at a time ,after each addition mix well and scrape down the sides of your mixing bowl to make sure that all the batter is mixed evenly.(same thing do when you're mixing flour in it)
Fold in flour & baking powder and mix well until you get a smooth and lump free batter.
Pour in cupcakes tray fill 3/4 of each cupcake and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until done. 
Check it with a cake tester or with a wooden skewer or even you can check it by dipping a knife in it if it comes out clean  (without any cake crumbs )then you're done.

Cool completely.
Create a cavity with cake decorating nozzle as shown in video.
Fill this cavity with strawberry sauce

Then decorate your cupcakes with strawberry cream as you want to decorate. 

For strawberry cream 
1 cup of whipping cream 
½  to 3/4 cup of strawberry sauce 
Beat both ingredients together until stiff peaks. 
If u want rich red colour of your icing then you can add red food coloring too.
I haven't added.
