These kababs are very easy and quick and a bit different from other recipes of kababs; because I am making it with raw grated potatoes and some other vegetables.
These are crunchy from outside and soft & tender from inside.
These are full of veggies you can give it to your kids for lunch box.Can add in a burger bun with some salad and sauce to make it attractive for kids.
Or u can serve as a snack with your evening tea.
Ingredients :
Potatoes 4 pealed & grated
Peas boiled 1 cup
Onion finely chopped 1 medium size
Tomato 1 medium size finely chopped
Green chilies 2 to 3 thinly sliced
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Mint leaves 2 tbsp roughly chopped
Red chili flakes 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Gram flour ( baisen ) 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Method :
Grate potatoes in cold water to avoid discoloration.
Squeeze them well and transfer in a large clean mixing bowl.
(plz squeeze very well or u can add all grated potatoes in a cheese cloth/ململ کا کپڑا and then squeeze)
Add all remaining ingredients in it.
Mix well.
Shape them into a round ½" thick pattie.
Shallow Fry in hot oil on medium flame until they turned nice & golden from both sides.
Enjoy with chatni & salad.
