A quick,well balanced, simple & 2 in 1 dinner recipe. Calling it 2 in 1 because i am making spaghetti in chowmein style😄Because at my place specific chowmein noodles are not available😉 So making Spaghetti with Chicken and Veggies;comes together in minutes and is full of colours and taste. I have make it little spicy by using red chili flakes according to my taste buds but you can replace red chili with black pepper.Try this quick Chicken and Vegetable Spaghetti recipe,let me about your experience 😊
Ingredients :
Spaghetti 200 grams
Crushed garlic 1 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Boneless chicken 1 cup (julienne cut)
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili flakes 2 tsp
Soya sauce 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Capsicum 1 cup (julienne cut)
Carrot 1 cup (julienne cut)
Method of Cooking:
Boil spaghetti with salt little bit of yellow food colour for 10 to 12 minutes.
In oil saute garlic then add chicken and fry until it turns white to pink.
Then add all seasonings,stir well,cook for a minute.
Add both vegetables & stir fry for a minute.
Add in boiled spaghetti mix well and serve hot.
