It's a very basic recipe of potato filling you can use it in your samosa,rolls,for making aloo ka paratha,for making aloo vada; bondi etc.
Ingredients for potato filling:
Boiled & mashed potatoes 2 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
Coriander powder half tsp
Cumin seeds half tsp
Coriander seeds half tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Mix all ingredients well.
Fill in your samosa and fry in hot oil on medium flame until nice & golden. Crispy ,crunchy ,fresh samosa are ready to eat.

You can freeze these samosa after filling and shaping.
Place them in a plastic container in single layer then put a layer on grease proof paper then again a layer of samosa and again paper until your box fills and then freeze,when you want to eat defrost them and fry.
