Cucumber and mint make an amazingly refreshing combination of Summer when stirred together with thick yogurt.
And flavor of garlic gives this raita a very palatable taste. If you want some spicy then you can add finely chopped green chilies in it.It's a variation of raita that can be used as a dip or a salad & a healthy option💪so give it a try to this easy,quick & healthy recipe and give me your feedback😊
Ingredients :
Yogurt 500grms ( half kg )
Cucumber finely chopped 2
Mint leaves 2 tbsp Finely chopped
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp Finely chopped
Garlic cloves 2
Salt a tsp
Roasted cumin seed 1 tsp
Method :
Beat yogurt with a whisk;add in freshly chopped garlic (or make paste)Add in salt and crush roasted cumin in between your hand palms.
Add chopped mint,coriander and cucumber; mix well.
Enjoy with any pulao or biryani or as a dip with shami kabab or in your wraps; even you can serve it with Tandoori tikka to calm down it's spice ness😉
