Easy to make at home then why unhygienic from bazar๐๐

Ingredients :
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Oil
Water fro kneading about 3/4 cup depends on the quality of your flour
(Extra oil and flour for applying )
Add water little by little and knead a medium soft dough it shouldn't be too hard or too soft.let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
Make small balls and roll in a disc size roti spread 1 tsp of oil on each roti and sprinkle some flour put 2nd roti and repeat same process .
In this way combine 6 or 7 roti ' s
Roll it again in a thin roti
Cook on medium hot tawa on low flame from both sides for 30 seconds from each side
Wrap in kitchen towel for couple of minutes
Then separate roti from each other.
Cut into ur desired shape and use.
After cooling u can put it in a zip lock bag & put in refrigerator for a month or you can put it in freezer too so u can use later or whenever u want.
