This million dollar milk is full of healthy ingredients. It has nuts to give you the required nutritional diet. and also condensed milk and evaporated milk gives it incredible creamy and divine taste. It just makes you feel cool fresh lively and  what not. Make it and drink this I bet you gonna absolutely love it.

Ingredients :
Fresh milk 1 liter 
Evaporated milk 1/3 cup 
Condensed milk half cup 
Almonds + pistachio + cashew 25 grams each (2 tbsp each) grind them all in a fine powder Saffron few strands 

Instructions :
in your cooking pot add fresh milk+condensed +evaporated.

when it starts to boil add grinded nuts cook for 5 to 7 mints on medium low heat.

add saffron mix well....serve cold or hot😊

Imli ki Chatni / Tamarind & Date Dip By Sara's Haute Cuisine

Ingredients : 
Tamarind pulp 3/4 cup 
Dates 10 to 12  (pitted and soaked in hot water for half an hour )
Salt 1 tsp 
Chaat masala 1 tsp 
Sugar 2 tbsp 
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well. 

If you want thin consistency then you can add half to 3/4 cup of water and the blend.
Pour in your serving bowl and enjoy it with any of your favourite snack.
This chatni makes a superb combination with dahi baray or with channa chaat or samosa chaat.....etc
Put it in refrigerator for 7 to 15 days it will remain fresh as  the day 1st.
I always prefer fresh because it's not so difficult to make.

Green/Hari Chatni//Mint & Coriander Dip By Sara's Haute Cuisine

Ingredients:
mint leaves 1 cup 
coriander leaves 1 cup 
salt 1 tsp 
cumin seeds 1tsp 
garlic cloves 2
green chillies 2
juice of 1 lemon (if you don't have lemon then you can add a tsp or 2 of tamarind pulp)both works same
add all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
pour in your serving bowl and enjoy with any of your snack,like samosa ,rolls,shami kabab,seekh kabab or kachori etc

you can freeze this chatni in ice cubes,when they set put them in a ziploc bag and freeze for 15 days or even for month but if freeze for so long then there are chances of discoloration.(i prefer using fresh)

you can even store in refrigerator too for a week.
it won't discolored due to lemon juice.

you can add this in yogurt too and can make green yogurt chatni.
(1 to 2 tsp of chatni in 1 cup of yogurt ; adjust salt)

Searing Grilled Chicken Salad With Chimmichuri Sauce By Sara's Haute Cuisine

This chicken salad is a quick and healthy version of a complete meal. It has all the veggies;chicken beautifully marinated and gives you that enormously delicious taste. And the combination of chimmichurri with it is just beyond perfection, and also copacetic for your #Ramadan menu.And an ideal meal for #diet #conscious people.Make and enjoy.

Ingredients for chicken marinade : 
Chicken breast 1 
Garlic paste 1 tsp 
White vinegar 1 tsp 
Soya sauce 1 tsp 
Lemon juice 1 tsp 
Mustard paste 1/2 tsp 
Black pepper 1/2 tsp 
Salt 1/2 tsp 
Pound chicken breast with a steak hammer. 
Put all ingredients in a bowl,mix well.
Marinade chicken,cover your bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours or overnight. 
(Overnight is better option)

Ingredients for salad:
Cucumber 1 cup 
Cabbage 1 cup 
Red cabbage 1 cup 
Carrots 1 cup (all vegetables cut into julienne )
Tomato 2 (seedless cut into julienne )
Sweet corns 1 cup
Black olives 10 to 12 
Salt 1 tsp 
Black pepper 1 tsp 
Extra Virgin olive oil 3 tbsp 
Juice of 1 lemon 
Salad leaves 2 cups(cut in small pieces with hand )

Add all ingredients in a bowl & mix well,set aside. 

Now time to cook marinated chicken breast. 
Take out marinated chicken from refrigerator before half an hour of cooking so that it will come on room temperature. 
Now heat your grill pan;grease with oil and put chicken and cook on medium flame for 7 to 10 minutes from each side.
When it's done cut it into slices and place it over salad and add some chimmichurri on top of chicken pieces and some black olives; serve,enjoy

Potato / Aloo Samosa With Homemade Samosa Patti / How to Enfold Samosa By Sara's Haute Cuisine

It's a very basic recipe of potato filling you can use it in your samosa,rolls,for making aloo ka paratha,for making aloo vada; bondi etc.

Ingredients for potato filling:
Boiled & mashed potatoes 2 cups 
Salt 1 tsp 
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp 
Coriander powder half tsp 
Cumin seeds half tsp 
Coriander seeds half tsp 
Chaat masala 1 tsp 
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp 
Mix all ingredients well. 
Fill in your samosa and fry in hot oil on medium flame until nice & golden. Crispy ,crunchy ,fresh samosa are ready to eat.

You can freeze these samosa after filling and shaping.
Place them in a plastic container in single layer then put a layer on grease proof paper then again a layer of samosa and again paper until your box fills and then freeze,when you want to eat defrost them and fry.

chimmichurri is an uncooked sauce used for grilled meat; it comes in a green version and a red version and seems to come from Argentinian cuisine.

Chimmichurri sauce (my version)
Mint leaves 1 cup 
Coriander leaves / parsley 1 cup 
Salt 1 tsp 
Red chilli flakes 1 tsp 
Oregano 1/4 tsp 
Garlic cloves 3 to 4 
Cumin seeds 1 tsp 
1 Onion small
Olive oil half cup 
Blend all ingredients in blender & sauce is ready.

Fool Proof Homemade Multiuse Samosa/Manda/Roll Patti/Sheets/Multifunctional By Sara's Haute Cuisine

Easy to make at home then why unhygienic from bazar😉😉

By Sara Aslam ( Sara's Haute Cuisine ) 
Ingredients : 
2 cups all purpose flour 
1 tsp salt
2 tsp Oil
Water fro kneading about 3/4 cup depends on the quality of your flour
(Extra oil and flour for applying )
Add water little by little and knead a medium soft dough it shouldn't be too hard or too soft.let the dough rest for 15 minutes. 
Make small balls and roll in a disc size roti spread 1 tsp of oil on each roti and sprinkle some flour put 2nd roti and repeat same process .
In this way combine 6 or 7 roti ' s 
Roll it again in a thin roti 
Cook on medium hot tawa on low flame from both sides for 30 seconds from each side 
Wrap in kitchen towel for couple of minutes 
Then separate roti from each other.
Cut into ur desired shape and use.
After cooling u can put it in a zip lock bag & put in refrigerator for a month or you can put it in freezer too so u can use later or whenever u want.

Sandwich with other 

Layer 6 to 7 in same way

Roll again

Cook

Separate all

Cut in to your desired shape

A refreshing strawberry drink for summer's,and a appealing item for your iftar also;make it & enjoy with your family.
Strawberry Margarita 
Ingredients :
Chilled Sugar syrup 2 cups(2 cup water 3/4 cup sugar....Boil it)
Frozen or fresh strawberries 1 cup(frozen is a batter option)
Lemon juice 1/4 cup
Any white drink half cup(7up or sprite)
Blend all ingredients in blender..pour in glasses...serve...enjoy 😊

Refreshing Mint & Cucumber Raita By Sara's Haute Cuisine

Cucumber and mint make an amazingly refreshing combination of Summer when stirred together with thick yogurt.
And flavor of garlic gives this raita a very palatable taste. If you want some spicy then you can add finely chopped green chilies in it.It's a variation of raita that can be used as a dip or a salad & a healthy option💪so give it a try to this easy,quick & healthy recipe and give me your feedback😊

Ingredients : 
Yogurt 500grms ( half kg ) 
Cucumber finely chopped 2
Mint leaves 2 tbsp Finely chopped 
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp Finely chopped 
Garlic cloves 2 
Salt a tsp
Roasted cumin seed 1 tsp 
Method : 
Beat yogurt with a whisk;add in freshly chopped garlic  (or make paste)Add in salt and crush roasted cumin in between your hand palms.
Add chopped mint,coriander and cucumber; mix well.
Enjoy with any pulao or biryani or as a dip with shami kabab or in your wraps; even you can serve it with Tandoori tikka to calm down it's spice ness😉
