Veggie Cheese Doughnuts / Savoury Doughnuts By Sara's Haute Cuisine

Savoury doughnuts are opposite to the sweet ones. And this recipe gives you super soft and tasty doughnuts.  That has inclusion of veggies to make them healthy also. My recipe gives you the most incredible and copacetic softness.Follow the recipe and you will get enormously scrumptious  doughnuts.
Ingredients : 
All purpose flour 5 cups (sieved) 
Yeast 3 tsp
Milk powder 3/4 cup 
Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Eggs 2
Oil 10 tbsp 
Lukewarm water for kneading 
Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead a very soft dough.
Transfer in a greased bowl,cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 2 hours or until it double in size.

Other ingredients:
Carrot cut in very tiny chunks 1/2 cup 
Capsicum cut in very tiny chunks 1/2 cup 
Spring onions green part only 1/2 cup 
Red chili flakes 2 tsp 
Oregano 1/2 tsp 
When dough rise,punch it down and mix in veggies, red chili and oregano and mix well on your kitchen counter. 
Again transfer in a bowl and with oily hands make small balls of dough and press it on a parchment paper in a round circle shape then remove a small round ball of dough from the middle with the help of a bottle cap or with back of any icing tip.
In the same way make all,cover them with another piece of parchment paper and let them rise again for 30 minutes. 
Then deep fry them in hot oil on medium low flame until nice and golden from each side.
(U can fry them with the parchment paper put doughnut down in the oil and paper side up then after 1 mint peal off the paper, turn side and cook.it will remove very easily )
And enjoy them with tea or coffee as a breakfast or as an evening snack enjoy it with your family and friends.
If u want cheesy then sprinkle any of your favourite cheese(I used mozzarella) on a doughnut then sprinkle some red chilli flakes, oregano and some coriander leaves. Put it in microwave for 30 seconds and then enjoyyyyy.

Knead a Soft Dough & Let it Rise

When Dough Rise,Punch Down

Add Vegetables & Seasonings

Mix Well

Make Small Ball & Press it in Circle on Butter Paper

Make Hole in the Middle

In the Same way make All

Cover with another Piece of Butter Paper & Let It Rise

Deep Fry in Hot Oil

Fry Until Golden

Sprinkle some Cheese & Seasonings & Microwave it

Ready to Eat

Easy Pancakes / Soft / Fluffy & Best Pancake Recipe By Sara's Haute Cuisine

A pancake is a flat cake, often thin and round. This is prepared from a starch-based batter, eggs, milk and butter and cooked on a hot surface.you can cook on a griddle or frying pan, or u can use a non sticking tawa as i used😉 fried them with oil u can use butter also. This easy recipe makes pancakes that are light and fluffy and only requires a few simple ingredient. 


Ingredients : 
Egg yolks 2
Granulated sugar 3 tbsp 
Vanilla essence 1 tsp 
Melted butter 3 tbsp 
Milk 1 & 1/3 cup
All purpose flour 1 & 1/2 cup 
Baking powder 2 & 1/2 tsp
Egg whites 2
Method : 
Beat egg yolks and sugar until creamy & smooth.
Add vanilla essence and melted butter and mix well. 
Pour in milk and mix.
Sift flour,add baking powder Mix both ingredients well and add all at once and mix until well combined.
Then fold in beaten egg whites.
(In a clean bowl add egg whites & beat them with egg beater or fork until they become stiff peaks)
Heat a non sticking pan,grease it with little bit of oil then pour half cup of batter and let it cook on medium low flame.
When small bubbles appear on the top turn side carefully and cook.

Serving: with chocolate sauce or maple syrup or any of your favourite fruits. 

Variation: u can add coco powder for chocolate pancakes by decreasing flour amount. 
Or u can add chocolate chips or peanut butter chips or chocolate chunks while cooking pancakes....In this way u will get chocolate stuffed pancakes.

Add Milk & Mix Well

Mix in Flour 

Fold in Egg Whites
Cook on Medium Low Flame

Cook Until Light Golden from each Side

Tasty Vegetable Biryani / Veg / Homemade / Scrumptious / Biryani By Sara...

Biryani is a South Asian mixed rice dish with its origins among the Muslims of the Indian subcontinent. It is popular throughout the Country (Pakistan)
This vegetable biryani recipe is very simple,easy & scrumptious. It's a most satisfying recipe for my vegetarian viewer's.....hope you all will love and enjoy.

Ingredients for rice:
Basmati Rice 4 cups (Soaked for 30 minutes; measure before soaking ) 
Bay leaves 4 to 5
Black pepper 10 to 15 
Black cardamom 2
Green cardamom 4
Cinnamon stick 1 & half inch piece 
Cloves 4 to 6
Anise star seed 2
Salt 1 & half tbsp 
White vinegar 2 tbsp 
In hot water add soaked rice,salt and all whole spices and let the rice boil....when it starts to boil pour in vinegar stir well....let them boil;when rice 3/4 done drain them in a strainer and set aside.

Ingredients:
Onion sliced 2 medium size 
Ginger garlic paste 1 & half tbsp 
Tomatoes 4 chopped
Yogurt Half cup 
Potatoes 2 medium cut in cubes 
Carrots 4 cubes about 1 & half cup
Peas 1 & half cup 
Cauliflower 1 cup
Chicken stock cubes 2
Salt 1 tbsp  (adjust according to your taste ) 
Red chilli flakes 4 tsp (کٹی لال مرچ)
Coriander powder 1 tbsp (دهنیا پاوڈر)
Turmeric powder half tsp(ہلدی)
All spice powder half tsp ( گرم مصالحہ )
Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp (جائفل )
Mace powder 1/4 tsp (جاوتری )
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp (زیرہ)
Oil half cup 

Ingredients for topping 
Almonds roasted half cup 
Cashew nuts roasted half cup 
Brown onion 1 cup
Coriander leaves 4 tbsp 
Mint leaves 4 tbsp
Yellow food color 2 pinch or saffron few strands 
Soak in 4 tbsp of milk
Butter or ghee or oil 2 tbsp 

Method:
Heat oil add onions cook until translucent.
Add in ginger garlic paste cook for 1 mint.
Add tomatoes 1/2 cup water and all other spices except nutmeg and mace stir well cook with lid on until tomatoes become tender and oil separates. 
Add yogurt stir and add all veggies stir well and cook with lid on on medium flame for 7 mints Then remove lid and cook on medium high flame until all water dry.

(Vegetables will become tender in that time we don't need any extra water or more time because we don't need mushy veggies)

Add in chicken cubes & nutmeg and mace powder mix well and cook for a minute more.
In the mean time Water will dry and Oil separates off flame and veggies are ready for layering in rice.

Then layer rice with cooked Vegetable.(Rice then veggie layer again rice ànd vegetable then again rice and 
On the top add all topping ingredients and let them simmer (dum دم ) for 7 to 10  minutes. 
And biryani is ready enjoy with mint or cucumber raita.

Let the Veggies Cook, Boil Rice

Layer Veggies Over Rice, Repeat Layer 

Add the topping Ingredients & Simmer

Ready to Serve

It's a typical Pakistani recipe....boiled eggs with cooked potatoes with masalay daar gravy gives a delicious taste.
And again a very quick ,easy and a wonderful recipe for winter's.

Ingredients : 
Potatoes cut in cubes 3 large
(add in hot water when start to boil drain them in a strainer)
1 medium size onion 
2 medium size tomatoes 
3 to 4 green chillies 
(Chop all ingredients in a chopper)
Oil 
Oil 1/3 cup 
Salt 2 tsp 
Red chili powder 1 tsp 
Coriander powder 1 tsp 
Cumin seeds 1 tsp 
Turmeric powder ½ tsp 
Kasuri meethi 1  tbsp / fenugreek  (قصوری میتھی )
Coriander leaves for garnish 
Boiled eggs 4 
Heat oil add chopped masala cook for 5 mints.
Add in seasoning stir well and cook for for 2 mints. 
Pour in 1/4 cup of water and cook until oil separate. 
Add in potatoes stir well and add 1/2 cup of water and let the potatoes tender with lid on.
When potatoes become tender add kasuri meethi mix well.
Add 1 cup Water and cook it for 5 mints.
Garnish with coriander leaves and add eggs and serve hot with chapati.
(Add whole boiled eggs in potato gravy or serve them in individual plates after slicing)
(U can increase or decrease the quantity of water according to your need of gravy)

Garlic Rice With Hot & Sour Vegetables / Vegetarian / Indo Chinese / By ...

This Garlic Rice recipe with butter flavour is an easy peasy side dish to compliment any meal. Bursting flavour and aroma of garlic makes the rice very tasty and scrumptious you can eat it plain too!!!!!
Hot and Sour Vegetable is a popular indo Chinese recipe and a classic accompaniment with garlic rice or plain rice that the entire family will relish.

Ingredients for garlic rice:
Boiled rice 3 & ½ cup (measure before soaking ) 
Butter 4 tbsp heaped 
Oil 2 tbsp 
Finely Chopped garlic 4 tbsp 
Green chilies sliced 10 to 12 
Salt 1 tsp (adjust according to your taste )
Black pepper powder 1 tsp 
Method : 
Heat oil & butter in a pot.
Add garlic & saute for 30 seconds. 
Then add in green chilies, salt and pepper stir well for 30 seconds.
Add in boiled rice & green /spring onion mix well and serve hot.

Recipe for Hot & Sour Vegetables:

Ingredients for sauce: 
Chicken stock 2 & ½ cup 
Ketchup ½ cup 
White vinegar ½ cup 
Cornflour 1 tbsp heaped 
Sugar 2 tbsp heaped 
Mix all ingredients well & set aside. 

Other ingredients : 
Peas 1 cup 
Carrot cut in cubes 1 cup 
Cauliflower 1 cup 
Capsicum cut in cubes 1 cup
Onion cut in cubes½ cup
Tomatoes cut in cubes ½ cup 
Salt 1 tsp 
Spring onions ½ cup diagonally cut
Oil 2 tbsp 
Finely chopped garlic 1 tsp 
Method : 
In your cooking pan or karahi add oil and garlic and cook for 15 seconds. 
Then add peas and stir fry for 15 to 20 second. 
Now add Cauliflower, carrot and stir fry for a minute. 
After that add capsicum, onion, tomatoes, salt and stir fry for 30 seconds and then take them out in a bowl and set aside. 
In the same karahi or pan add prepared sauce and cook until it becomes thick and saucy it will take about 1 to 2 minutes.
Then add stir fried veggies mix well....turn off flame and add spring onions & serve with garlic or plain rice.
