Ingredients :
Fresh strawberries 500 grms
White granulated sugar 500 grms
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Method :
Wash,remove stems and finely chop strawberries.
In a bowl add sugar and strawberries mix well cover with plastic wrap and put in refrigerator for overnight.
(Or u can put it in a plastic container and cover with lid and then put it in refrigerator)
Next morning pour it in your cooking pot and cook on medium flame,stir occasionally,when it starts to thicken add lemon juice and mix well.
Remove foam on top of the jam with spoon to get a clear a shiney texture of jam.
Dip a fork in jam and see if jam is stuck in fork it's mean it's ready.
Or put spoon of jam in a clean plate and let it sit for 15 seconds then move your plate if it's moving everywhere in plate it's not done and if hold it's shape and place then it's ready.
It will take 20 to 25 mints totally to be ready.
Cool completely and pour it in a glass jar cover.
