《Ingredients for chaat》
Boiled & cool Chickpeas 4 cups
(Soak overnight with some salt for best results )
Boiled & cool potatoes 3 cups
(first peal potatoes wash and cut in cubes then boil with bit salt until done)
Pakoriyan/phulkiyan 3 cups cool

(U can increase or decrease the quantity of any ingredient according to your choice)
Salt 1 tbsp
Red chilli flakes 2 tsp heaped
Chaat masala 2 to 3 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp (roast for best results)
Tomatoes finely chopped 2 medium sized
Onion 1 big chopped
Green chillies 3 to 4 sliced
Mint leaves half cup chopped
Coriander leaves half cup chopped
Lemon juice 1/4 cup
In a large bowl add chickpeas, potatoes & Pakoriyan and put all veges and spices mix well and chaat is ready.
(Adjust chillies & chaat masala according to your taste buds how hot u want ur chaat)
