《Ingredients for bara's/ vada 》
Daal mash 1 & half cup soaked for 2 hours
Daal channa half cup soaked for 2 hours
Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Water half cup
Baking soda /Meetha soda / Soda bicarbonate half tsp
Method :
Put all ingredients in blender except baking soda & blend well. Consistency should be thick not runny.
After blending transfer it in a bowl and beat with the help of spoon for 5 mints Then mix in baking soda and deep fry on medium flame in hot oil until nice & golden.
Soak in warm water for 30 seconds then remove from warm water & add in tap water press with both of your palm squeeze water let them cool completely.
Now ready to add in yogurt.
(((U can also freeze them minimum for a month in a ziploc bag )))
