Chapli Kabab / Peshawri Kabab / Qeema Tikki / Patty



Chapli kabaab or pishawari kabaab is basically a patty of mince originated from north west of Pakistan which includes lots of herbs and spices and here is the recipe of how I made these kababs and the important ingredient is coriander seeds and I didn't add tomatoes which are added in the mixture and also on the top of the kabaab as a round slice of it you can add if you want it's totally up to you 
Mince /Qeema 1 kg (with little bit of fat if mince is without fat then u can add in 1 tbsp of ghee/clarified butter)Onion 3 medium size 3 to 4 green chillies Ginger 1 inch piece Red chilli flakes 2 tsp heaped Coriander powder 1 tbsp Cumin seeds 1 tbsp Coriander seeds 1 tbsp heaped Salt 2 tsp 



All spice powder half tsp Gram flour 2 tbsp (authenticity of the recipe is with maize flour....In case you are not getting it then u can use gram flour )Chaat masala 1 to 2 tsp (depends how much spicy u want)Choparize onion, ginger & green chilies with mince well.Mix in all remaining ingredients.Make balls and Shap it into a flat tikki then fry it on tawa in some hot oil for 2 mints from each side.Enjoy with salad and coriander & mint chatni.
