Crispy Potato & Cheese Cutlets / Aaloo Tikki






Ingredients : 
Boiled & mashed potatoes 3 cups 
Chopped onions 1 medium size 
Green chillies 2 chopped 
Coriander leaves 2 tbsp 
Mint leaves 2 tbsp 
Salt 1 tbsp 
Red chilli flakes 2 tsp 
Chaat masala 1 tsp 
Coriander powder half tsp 
Cumin seeds 1 tsp heaped roasted 
Coriander seeds 1 tsp Roasted & crushed 
All spice powder half tsp 
Oregano half tsp ( optional ) 
Mix everything together make small balls and then give it shape of tikki / cutlet stuff it with cheese if u r a cheese lover......
For coating take 4 tbsp of all purpose flour and make paste with cold water.......Coat tikki with this batter then roll it in breadcrumbs and deep fry on medium high flame until nice & golden. .....ready to eat😉




VARIATION
IF U ARE CHEESE LOVER THEN U CAN ADD IN THE MIDDLE OF TIKKI.
YOU CAN PLACE THESE CUTLETS IN BURGER BUNS AND ENJOY.
