How to Make Kashmiri Tea at Home (Gulabi / Sabaz Chai) By Sara's Haute C...




Happiness is when pink tea is pink with out any color 😍
Sheer chai is a traditional tea beverage from Kashmir. It is a part of Kashmiri culture to drink this beverage 2−3 times a day with traditional Kashmiri breads and pastries.



Recipe for Kashmiri Chai 
Ingredients : 
Water 3 cups 
Green tea 3 tsp leveled
Green cardamom 4 to 6 
Anise star seed 2 
Soda by carb/ baking soda 1/4 tsp pinch
Milk 1litre (4 cups)or more depend as how strong you need 
pistachios 2 tbsp 



Method:
Boil water then add in green tea leaves and star seeds and cook till water reduce to its half(it will take approximately 10 minutes)add in baking soda boil for 10 to 15 seconds.
Add 1 cup normal tap water  then beat & beat  till it becomes pink.
that's it drain qehwa and set it aside.
On other hand boil milk with sugar or salt & green cardamom (As per your taste.I have added sugar).
Now add 1 & half cup  prepared qehwa in milk ..beat again cook for 5 mints pour in cups sprinkle nuts & enjoyyyy.
