Crispy Chicken Legs / Crispy Baked Drumsticks / Crispy Chicken Sara's Ha...




This drumsticks recipe is very simple, quick and easy.
U just need to marinade and crumb coat and bake....simple as that.
The skin is extremely crunchy, but the white meat is relatively soft & juicy from inside.
The people who are on diet this recipe is also good for them because it's baked and we are not using any fat.....just a brush of butter so if you are making for diet purpose so u can skip this little butter brush too.
Ingredients :
Chicken drumsticks 15 (weight approximately 2000 grams)
White vinegar 1/4 cup
Salt 1 tsp
Wash and soak drumsticks in water ,salt and vinegar for 20 mints.
Then drain water completely and marinade with all above



ingredients.
Lemon juice 3 tbsp
Cornstarch / cornflour 2 tbsp
Plain flour 1/2 cup
Eggs 2
Salt 1 tbsp
Red chilli flakes 1 & 1/2 tbsp 
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Oregano half tsp
cover and pop it in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight.
(Overnight is better)
Remove from refrigerator before coating 20 to 30 ago.
 .....Preheat your oven at 220ÂșC
Line your baking tray with foil
Coat drumsticks with breadcrumbs and transfer on prepared tray and bake for 50 to 60 mints or until done.
Brush them with melted butter and fresh coriander when they came straight from oven.
(1 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped mix with half cup melted butter..........u can use parsley too instead of coriander)



Grill it for 5 mints and u are done with your baking......enjoy with garlic mayo sauce and salad.
(I used Panko breadcrumbs u can use regular breadcrumbs too)
( Use 1 hand for wet ingredients like drumsticks and 2nd for breadcrumbs while coating....so u will remain safe from mess and clumps of batter)
(Baking timing depends on the thickness of drumsticks and the quality of your oven too)
(U can also fry them on medium flame in hot oil first 15 mints fry them with lid on on medium low flame then remove lid and fry until golden)
