Doughnuts | Homemade , Easy & Tasty | Sara's Haute Cuisine |




Doughnut is a small fried cake of sweetened dough🍩💟🍩typically in the shape of a ball or ring🍩💟🍩Fried in oil and sometimes baked too🍩💟🍩Recipe of Doughnuts 


Ingredients:Flour half kg /500 grms that's 4 cupsCaster sugar 2 ounce Melted butter 100 grms that's 7 tbs or oil I used oilEggs 2Salt half tspYeast 1 tbsDry milk powder half cup that's NIDO Vanilla essence a tspLukewarm water for kneading 



Method:Put all ingredients in a bowl and knead a soft dough And leave it for 1 hour in a greased bowl and cover it with cling or in an airtight container.......then punch it down knead it again for 30 seconds then make small balls and put on silver foil then press with ur hand as shown in pic.....cut from the mid with any cutter(or u can roll out the dough and cut doughnuts with doughnut cutter).....cover with kitchen towel and let them take rest for more 35 to 40 mints When they risen deep fry in oil or ghee on low flame.
Decorate them with ganache (dark chocolate 1 cup and 1/4 cup Cream melt them together)let it cool then dip fried doughnuts in it and decorate with ur favrt decoration....like nuts,sprinkles etc.
