Beef Tikka Stew By Sara's Haute Cuisine




This recipe of beef is one pot recipe bearing veges also in it which makes it very healthy and because it is to be cooked on low heat this let all the ingredients to combine and produce juicy beef and veges with all its aroma Ingredients : Beef Boneless small cubes 1 kgPotatoes 3 large Onion 3 large Tomatoes 3 large (All veges cut in round thick slices ) 
For marinade :Yogurt 1 cupGinger garlic & green chillies paste 1 tbsp Salt 1 tbsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp All spice powder half tsp Turmeric powder half tsp Cumin seeds 1 tsp Green cardamom powder 1/4 tsp tikka boti masala 5 tbsp Olive oil 1/4 cup Marinade beef with all ingredients and set it aside.In ur cooking pot layer potatoes then onions and then tomatoes.....Put half of the marinated beef on it and repeat the layer.......cook it on high flame with lid on for 5 to 7 mints Then low your flame and let it cook for 45 to 60 mints or until beef tenders.When beef tenders then uncover your pot and if there is water then let it dry on high flame then give it smoke of charcoal....dish it out and enjoy with chapati or naan or as it is.

U can also bake it in your oven.
