Quick & Easy Vegetable Fried Rice / Egg & Veggie Fried Rice By Sara's H...




Fried rice is a dish of cooked rice that has been stir-fried in a wok or a frying pan and is usually mixed with other ingredients such as eggs, vegetables, seafood, or meat. It's a very quick and a very easy lite,simple and delicious rice recipe. It is often eaten by itself or as an accompaniment to another dish.Today i have cooked them with eggs & Vegetables u can also add in boneless chicken too.



Ingredients : Boiled rice 4 cups Oil 1/2 cup Chopped garlic 1 tbsp 5 eggs (beaten with a pinch of yellow food colour )Cabbage 1 cup sliced Carrots 1 cup cut in small chunks Capsicum 1 /2 cup cut in small chunks Peas boiled 1 cup Red cabbage 1/2 cup Salt 1 tbsp Black pepper powder 2 tspSoya sauce 1 tsp  (I have dark soya sauce that's why using very small amount u can use 2 to 3 tsp in case of premium soya sauce )



Method : Heat oil....sauté garlic then add in beaten eggs and let them cook then stir it slowly until it sets then break in little chunks stir well add in cabbage, carrot, capsicum & peas and stir fry them on medium high flame then add in red cabbage too mix well and add salt,black papper and soya sauce mix well and finally add in boiled rice and mix well...dish it out and enjoy.
