Peanut Butter Cake With Chocolate Cream



This cake is bearing the tinge and phenomenon taste of peanut butter which makes it little different and yummy at the same time you get the incredible texture and soft sponge here's the recipe 

Ingredients for cake:
Plain flour 2 & 1/4 cup
Baking powder 2 teaspoons
Baking soda 1 teaspoon
Salt a pinch
Eggs 3
Peanut butter 3/4 cup creamy or chunky
Unsalted butter 1/2 cup
Lite brown sugar 3/4 cup packed

Granulated sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Milk 1 cup
Method :
Sift flour + baking powder + baking soda and salt....set aside.
Line a 9 inches round or square cake pan with parchment paper or butter paper.
Preheat your oven at 180ÂșC.
All ingredients should be at room temperature.
Beat both butter and both sugar until creamy on medium speed.
Add eggs 1 by 1 mixing well after each addition add in vanilla essence and beat again.

Add half quantity of flour and beat on low speed then add in half milk and beat well then again add remaining flour mix well and now remaining milk and mix well.
Pour the mixture in cake pan and bake for 25 to 30 mints or until a pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool completely.
Level cake with a serrated knife then cut into two layers moist both layers with simple syrup or milk and condenced milk mixture Sandwich with icing then cut in slices and decorate as u want.
Finally drizzle with some melted chocolate and enjoy yumyness.
Ingredients for icing:
Whipping cream 1 cup 

Semi-sweet chocolate chips half cup
Melt chocolate chips in microwave for 30 seconds then stir again put in microwave for 30 seconds and stir until all chocolate dissolves.
Cool completely keep in mind it shouldn't be set.
Add in chill cream and beat with an electric beater until Sift peaks.
