Chicken jalfrezi By Sara's Haute Cuisine



Jalfrezi is a type of Indian Chinese cuisine that involves frying marinated pieces of meat, fish,chicken or vegetables in oil and spices to produce a dry, thick sauce.
U can serve with plain rice or chapati.
I have made it's combo with lemon rice and By God it's outstanding.Stay tune for Lemon rice video tutorial😉



Ingredients for marination 
Chichen boneless  650 gm 
Red chilli powder half tsp 
Soya sauce one tsp 
Lemon juice 2 tbsp 
Mustard paste 2 tsp 
Salt half tsp 
Mix all the ingredients in chicken and let it rest for 30 minutes 
Other ingredients 
One forth cup oil 
Ginger garlic paste 1 and half tsp 
Cumin powder 1 tsp 
Red chilli powder
Salt 1 tsp 
Coriander powder 1 tsp 
Turmeric half tsp 
All spice powder one forth tsp 
Tomato katchap 2 tbsp 
Tomatoes 2 medium size chopped 
Onion 2 cut in cub
Process 
Heat oil in a pot and stir ginger garlic paste 
Then add Marinated chicken and cook until it turns pink to white 
And then add all the remaining spices and ketchup  and cook for at least 5 mints 
Then add tomatoes and cook until tomatoes become tender 
Then add the veges onions and capsicum and cook on medium high flame for 4 to 5 mints until you see the oil from the sides of the pan 
Garnish with sliced Green chillies & coriander leaves... it's ready to serve.
