Duhan Dahi Gosht / Duhan Daar Gosht




This recipe is simple, easy ,quick and packed with flavours and aroma of charcoal.Cooked meat tastes outstanding with flavoured yogurt. I just loved it and I bet you u will too just give it a try.You can made this deliciousness with any meat u want like mutton or chicken i have made this with boneless beef the choice is yours.
So let's start with ingredients Duhan dahi gosht 

Ingredients for gosht:
Boneless beef cut in small pieces 1 kg / 1000 grams  (boiled with 2 tsp of salt.....It should completely tender)Finely chopped onions 2 medium sizeGinger garlic paste 1 tbspRed chilli powder 1 & 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp Oil 1/4 cup



Method Heat oil in a pan fry onions until lite golden add in ginger garlic paste and cook for couple of minutes. Add meat and salt, chilli & coriander powder.....cook it until all water dry...set it aside.
Ingredients for yogurt 750 grams yogurt Salt 1 & half tsp Green chilies 7 to 8Cumin seeds 1 tbsp Sugar 1 tbsp make a paste of green chillies,sugar and cumin Mix salt and green paste in yogurt very well.
Ingredients for layeringOnion rings Coriander leaves (I missed today)Mint leaves
Assembling In a serving bowl add meat,onion rings,coriander , mint and pour yogurt on itRepeat this layer again until meat and yogurt finished.i have done with three layers.At the end give smoke of charcoal.Enjoy with naan or chappati😊I loved to eat it with spoon not with chapati 😉
