Seekh Kabab / Finger Kabab / Beef Kabab




Seekh kabab or finger kabab as the shape indicate looks like finger and there are several ways of making these kababs you can fry on the stove or can bake or BBQ what ever the way you think appropriate each will give different taste. This minced mixture has many spices to add the phenomenal taste and soft and tender too . I've fried in the pan and here are the needed ingredients for these kababs.
Mince mutton or beef 1 kg/ 1000 grams
Fried onion 1 cup
Ginger 1 inch thick piece
Garlic 1 pod
Green chillies 3
Salt 1 tbsp
Red chilli flakes 3 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tbsp
All spice powder half tsp
Desiccated coconut 2 tbsp
Gram flour roasted (bhuna huwa) 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Ghee or clarified butter or cream 2 tsp
1/2 cup oil for frying



Method :
Choparize onion, ginger, garlic and green chilies well.
Add in mince and chop very well.
Transfer in a mixing bowl add all masala ' s and mix with ur hand until all ingredients well incorporated now
add 1 egg mix again and at the end mix 2 tsp of ghee and mix well....shape them into finger kabab and fry in hot oil on medium flame until nice & golden.
Soft ,tender and juicy kababs are ready.
Serve with salad, chatni and enjoy or u can serve them with pita bread or puri or even u can roll them in paratha ' s and make paratha rolls
