Tasty Fried Fish / Amritsari Fried Fish || By Sara's Haute Cuisine ||

This fried fish recipe is very simple,quick.This is one of my favourite fish recipe.Easy to make...put all ingredients in a bowl marinade fish and fry that's it.Serve it with mint chatni and some salad and enjoy.
Ingredients:Boneless fish cut in cubes 750 gramsGram flour (besan) 1/3 cupPlain flour (maida) 1/2 cupCorn flour /cornstarch 1/8 cupSalt 1 tspTurmeric powder 1/4 tspRed chili flakes 1 tspChaat masala 1 tsp Fish masala 2 tspLemon juice 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 1 tspWater for making thick batter approximately 1/8 cupOil for frying
Method:Mix all ingredients in a bowl make a thick paste.Add fish mix well and fry in hot oil on medium flame for 5 to 6 mints.(Cook for 3 mints from each side until nice and golden.)Take it out on an absorbing paper and enjoy.(Fish should be cleaned,washed & completely dry.There shouldn't any moisture in it.)

Put all Ingredients in a Bowl and Make Thick Paste with Water

Add Fish 

Mix Well

Fry in Hot Oil

Turn Sides

Ready to Serve
